Some Questions & Answers on Weight Loss

Although many people want to lose weight, they do not know how to do it in a healthy and effective way. And so they have many questions in your mind. Sometimes I get many questions about weight loss. Here are a few:

Question: I have too much fat in the abdomen. Is it possible to just lose fat it?

(Ans.) No one can dictate where the body fat will accumulate or where it will be removed. Exercise in a specific area of the body will not burn fat in that area only. Deposits of fat around the body are mobilized during exercise. And lose your belly fat only after a combined program of aerobic exercise and management of calories. However, it is possible to "your spot" in a particular area, such as a curl-up exercise can create very strong abs.

Question: I found a lot of weight loss pills in pharmacies. Do any of these effective?

(Ans.) Many weight loss pills are promoted to do anything to curb the appetite to melt fat by magic. These pills usually affects our metabolic rate and therefore have side effects. These side effects (such as nervousness, insomnia, irritability, etc.) make such dubious strategies for weight pills for life. Some may even cause a patient of severe and fatal reactions. For example, a patient may tend to commit suicide after taking the pills.

In fact, the European Medicines Agency last year, said a study showed that taking Acomplia, an anti-obesity were twice the risk of developing psychiatric disorders than those taking a placebo.

Some doctors are recipes for weight loss pills for obese patients. These drugs suppress the appetite and reduce cravings. But these only for people suffering from morbid obesity, and is used for a limited period. In fact, the weight loss drugs only provide a short term solution to a long-term issue and should be used with extreme caution.

Question: I would like to lose weight. Hypnosis alone be enough? What about dieting? Or do you really have to exercise too much?

(Ans.) Hypnosis helps to change their eating disorders as well as the elimination of any limiting belief is keeping you from losing weight effectively and successfully. Because it attacks directly into your subconscious mind, it is more effective and permanent.

As for the plan, if the plan without exercise, your metabolism may decrease as your body tries to conserve as much fat as possible from the few calories you get. So diet alone can lead to loss of muscle tissue. In fact, a very low calorie diet and nutrients can make you feel tired and lethargic.

To lose weight effectively, you need to decrease your calorie intake as well as to speed up your metabolism to burn more calories. The first can be helped by hypnosis (which allows you to maintain the healthy and varied diet) while the latter can be done through exercise.

A good exercise is both stimulating and relaxing. And you are much less likely to eat out of boredom or stress after exercise.
